By registering for, accessing, or using The Viewer via the Health Provider Portal (HPP), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Access and Use (Terms) as an agreement between you and us. Your access to, or use of, the HPP or The Viewer constitutes acceptance of these Terms each time you access the service, which includes automatic subscription to email notifications.

If you do not agree to these Terms you must not access or use the HPP or The Viewer and you must self-deactivate your HPP account to formally unsubscribe from email notifications.

On your next login, you will be asked to accept the updated Terms.
